Giving Thanks for the Men and Women Serving in the US Armed Forces

For ten years, I flew throughout the world working as a Flight Attendant. For five of those years, much of my life was spent flying MACs and CAMs in and out of "hot spots" in the world. Panama, Africa, the Middle East, South America, Central America, Turkey, Athens, Europe...if American troops needed to be somewhere or return from somewhere, the airline I worked for most often carried them to and fro.

It's a NEW Day!

It is a new day and the world is singing and dancing with us! FINALLY, once again!

My heart continues to be overwhelmed with emotion.

No matter what...

Today is the first day of a brand new world.

On July 4, 1776, the Second Continental Congress approved The Declaration of Independence, severing ties with the British Crown and establishing the United States of America.

In doing so, this new nation declared that all Men are created equal.
