First, anyway to avoid duplicate work?
Is there anyway that posts on our personal blogs [not the ones on ning] automatically appear on our personal blogs within the circle. I am such an info junkie and so I really want folks to discuss topics of interest. But gosh to have to repost the same blog on 1,000 websites is cumbersome [OK not that many...LOL] surely someone has automated things a bit.

Ruth,
I see you have a blog on Typepad. I've not used this feature yet, but Typepad claims that BlogIt allows you to write your blog through your Facebook account and then post it to all of your blog sites. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it may be worth exploring.
