Social media is changing the political landscape and has the potential to change the world. Today, instead of just a handful of elected officials debating the future of medical insurance or citizen insurance for all, we the people can voice our opinions too. And the politicians are paying attention. They are learning that the voice of the people using social media is powerful and that voice is changing how policies and law are created. Social media has the potential to change world politics too as peoples of different cultures learn more about each other and begin to accept each other more. We are on the verge of something very special that started out as a new form of entertainment.
